Great opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst to join a leading IT and Telecoms company based in the heart of Aylesbury. The successful candidate will be part of a busy technical team and working alongside some of the best technical engineers in the area.

The successful applicant will be part of the team that are the first point of escalation after customer support and will be predominantly supporting a cloud based unified communications product. 

To be successful in the role it is imperative you have experience with Unified Communications or Voice over IP, good experience with Data Engineering would also be suitable for this position.  You will be passionate about technology and have an understanding of, or a keen interest in SQL and MySQL.

This is an excellent chance for an engineer with two years experience supporting VoIP and UC to join a forward thinking technical business where there are significant opportunities of growth and career development at the touch of your fingertips!

Essential Skills:
  • 2 years within a technical support role supporting VoIP / UC
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of SIP, SCCP, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP and BGP
  • Experience of using network analysers and diagnostic tools
  • A CCNA or equivalent level of experience
  • Ability to adapt and pick things up quickly
