Great opportunity for a technical engineer to join a growing managed service provider based in the heart of London – this is an unique opportunity as once inductions and training is complete you will have the option to work from and offer support remotely.
You will be part of a highly technical team providing remote support to a wide range of SME clients and the role will include support, maintenance and potential project work.
Ideally the potential candidate will have worked within a managed service provider previously and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in deploying, configuring, maintain and troubleshooting Microsoft technologies – Desktop and Server, Active Directory, DNS / DHCP
- Knowledge of virtualisation – Hyper-V or VMware
- Familiar with messaging – Exchange 2010 / 2013 and Office 365
- Networking is an advantage – Cisco Meraki, Draytek and Netgear
