Any Architects within the .Net space that have cloud experience and want to work for an established PLC?

I am currently recruiting for a .Net Architect role which would be ideal position for someone wanting to stay technical but also work with senior stakeholders of a market leading UK based Global FTSE 100 Company.

You would be joining an established architecture team and they are looking for a .Net Architect to get involved with the team and be responsible for driving the architecture for a number of their different data management products. This .Net Architect role is all about working closely with their customer implementation teams while working closely with business partners to grow beyond the scope of your current project.

This is an ideal opportunity giving you a chance to not only be a prominent figure within this architecture team while also being the key member of developing the customer interaction and business acumen for this growing data team! Strong communication skills are a must for this role as you will be dealing with some of this PLC’s most senior stakeholders.

They are offering a generous benefits package along with the base salary which includes a superb pension scheme, private medical insurance, childcare vouchers, to name a few. As well as a target focused Bonus!

Key bits you’ll need:
  • 10 plus years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within a product
  • Hands-on experience in web services (REST, SOAP, OAuth etc.)
  • Exposure to iterative/agile development methodologies (SCRUM, XP, SAFe, RUP, Kanban etc.)
  • Experience on cloud native application and experience on one or more of the following cloud platforms: Cloud Foundry, Openshift, AWS Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google App Engine, Heroku, or other PaaS technologies.
  • Good understanding of SQL and No-SQL databases
  • Any experience or knowledge of security and risk management frameworks would be hugely beneficial
  • Big Data technologies would be hugely beneficial

Job type:
£70000 - £75000 per annum, Benefits: +15% Pension + 10% Bonus
