We will search on a variety of established internet-databases where professional contractors register their details and availability for work. Both the quality and quantity of responses are kept under regular review to ensure our efforts are directed most effectively.
We carry out networking amongst known candidates/contractors for referrals or recommendations for suitable candidates. This is carried out by a resource team who also perform data cleansing activities as part of their roles.
